Do you shoot candid moments or posed photos?
Both! I love capturing those real, unposed moments — the laughs, hugs, and happy tears — while also guiding you through classic portraits that feel effortless.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
No stress! I’m all about backup plans and creative solutions — indoor spots, covered locations, or a little rain never hurt anyone (and can make for some epic shots!).
How many photos will we get?
Every wedding is different, but expect hundreds of fully edited, high-resolution images delivered in an online gallery. Enough to relive your day over and over!
Can we request specific shots?
Absolutely! From family groupings to details or unique couple shots, I’ll make sure your must-have moments are captured.
When will we get our photos?
Typically, your gallery is ready 6–8 weeks after your wedding. You’ll get an online gallery to view, share, and download your favorites. Depending on the package a USB drive with all images as well.
How do we book you?
Easy! Reach out via my contact form or email, we’ll chat about your day, and once you’re ready, we secure your date with a signed contract and a deposit.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I photograph weddings throughout Michigan and love traveling for destination weddings as well. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, but I'll provide all of those details upfront. Destination weddings must be booked 8-12 months in advance.
Can we print our photos anywhere?
Yes! Your gallery includes high-resolution images with printing rights, so you can print wherever you'd like. You'll also have access to a professional print store directly through your gallery for beautiful heirloom-quality prints and albums.
Will you help keep us on schedule?
Absolutely! Think of me as more than just your photographer—I'm there to help the day flow smoothly. Whether it's fluffing your dress, fixing a veil, calming nerves, or gently keeping us on timeline, I'm basically your wedding-day wing woman.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Depending on the collection you choose and the size of your wedding, a second photographer can be added or may already be included. This allows even more moments and perspectives to be captured throughout the day.
What if we're running behind schedule?
Wedding days rarely go exactly as planned—and that's okay! I stay flexible, adjust as needed, and work with your planner or coordinator to make the most of every minute without adding unnecessary stress.
Do we need to provide a meal?
For weddings with extended coverage, yes, please! Your wedding day is often 8–10+ hours (sometimes even longer), and dinner is usually my only chance to grab a quick bite before the dance floor opens and the celebration kicks back into full swing.
If your venue offers vendor meals, I truly appreciate being included. Serving vendor meals around the same time as the wedding party helps ensure I don't miss any of the important moments once everyone is back up celebrating.
